    FRIDAY, JULY 25th at 6:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.
    Horton Grand Theatre

After over two years of ADVENTURE TIME comic books, BOOM! Studios and Cartoon Network continue to break new ground with the July debut of a new limited series, ADVENTURE TIME: BANANA GUARD ACADEMY. This marks the first time that one of the writers behind the animated show, Kent Osborne, will write the ADVENTURE TIME comic! To mark the occasion, Osborne has crafted a brand-new, original Adventure Time radio play that will tie into this new comic series, and for the first time anywhere, it will be performed live by voice actors from the show, including Olivia Olson (Marceline) and Jeremy Shada (Finn). Plus, learn more about the show with Osborne and fellow writer Adam Muto (also the inspiration for Gingerbread Muto!), and more about the BANANA GUARD comic series with editor Shannon Watters and artist Mad Rupert. Come prepared with all of your burning questions about the Land of Ooo!

[NOTE: This is a ticketed panel. Drawings for panel entry tickets will be held starting at 9:00 am in the Autograph Area (upstairs in the Sails Pavilion) on Friday. Each winner will receive entry for two. (Please note: there is limited disabled seating.) The tickets must be presented at the theatre to gain access. The Horton Grand Theatre has assigned seating. Please also wear your Comic-Con 2014 badge. There will be a second drawing shortly following the 9:00 am drawing for “stand-by seating tickets.” The stand-by seating tickets are limited and do not guarantee you access to the panel. Please be inside the Horton Grand Theatre no later than 15 minutes prior to the panel start time or you will forfeit your seat to stand-by seating ticket-holders.]

  6. Ocarina promo by writer/storyboard artist Steve Wolfhard

premieres Thursday, July 17th at 7/6c.

    from Steve:

This is my last week in Los Angeles so instead of making a fresh image to promote ‘Ocarina’ here’s a cut scene that I really like.

'Ocarina' is based on an idea I had been fixating on for ages. I think the episode turned out pretty good.
    I love the pups!
note: The scene stayed in but the dialog was revised.

  8. "Lil Bro" demo from Little Brother

written and performed by J. Smith & Madeleine Flores

    from J. Smith:

Here’s the demo version of the song me and Maddy did for last night’s Adventure Time!

The chords are B flat, E flat, F, B flat

To make it easier, on guitar I play it with a Capo on the 1st fret and the chords A, D, E, A

    This version was played on a ukulele tuned down a step (to F, B flat, D, G) — and the chords played as C, F, G, C

    Here’s the lyrics:

    Where are you

    little brother

    are you happy

    or do you feel weird

    have you changed a lot

    or not

    F                                                   Bb

are you ever gonna come back here?

    Bb                                     Eb

I shouldn’t have been so hasty

    F                                 Bb

You were just a little baby

    Bb                     Eb

    Or maybe you weren’t

    F                                           Bb

I’m not really sure how little brothers work

    Bb                    Eb

    You were the first friend

    F           Bb

    I ever had

    Bb                  Eb

    No one can compare

    F                                             Bb

Together we could probably fight a bear

    Bb                                        Eb

So if you’re ever sad slash lonely

    Don’t be

    Cause I’ll be

    Bb                          Eb

    Right here next to you

    F                                                                 Bb

Cause that’s what big/little brothers are supposed to do

    from Madeleine:

My fiancé and i wrote the Little Brother song for Adventure Time yesterday, here is the demo used for the pitch- it was super fun because we both have little brothers, so we used them as inspiration!

Note: i am not a singer, nor do i claim to be!!!!!
